COLB by the numbers
Founded & made by
Laura Korthaus, Berlin-Friedrichshain
Every COLB piece is handcrafted in Laura Korthaus' Berlin workshop — from the first tile to the last grout line. No industrial process, no mass production. Only careful work on each individual table.
About COLB →COLB stands for architectural furniture with strong materiality. Our tiled furniture – tile tables, side tables and tile cubes, which we call “Cubes” – is handcrafted in Berlin: a wood base topped with premium wood tiles or ceramic tiles – and a grout colour entirely to your taste. The result is a piece of furniture that exists nowhere else.
Whether side table, coffee table, bedside table or plant stand – every Cube can be individually configured. Larger pieces such as kitchen islands are made as custom orders. We deliver across Germany and Europe. Alongside our tiled furniture we also offer room concepts for residential spaces.
