How to find the right grout colour
Grout colour is one of the most important design decisions for a tile table – and consistently the most underestimated. While tile and colour are immediately visible, the grout quietly determines whether the surface looks graphic or seamlessly unified.
Three factors decide: first, the tile colour (contrast or harmony?), second, the tile size (10×10 cm shows more grout than 15×15 cm), and third, the interior style (Japandi favours harmonious tones, Urban-Industrial loves contrast).
COLB uses exclusively mineral grout – waterproof, durable and available in 22 colours: from pure white through sand, light grey and terracotta to anthracite and black. All 22 colours are available for ceramic tile tables; six standard tones for wood tile cubes.
Beginner's rule of thumb: Dark grey is the most versatile grout colour. It harmonises with almost all tile colours, works in nearly every interior style and is easy to maintain. Use the Grout Colour Finder above for three tailored recommendations with live preview.
